Log into your Online Banking Account and click on Rewards tab to access the Rewards Center homepage. From there you will be able to choose how you would like to redeem your rewards. You can also enroll in Real-Time Rewards at this site and, once enrolled, you’ll be able to instantly redeem earned rewards after making qualifying Kroger Family of Store purchases. You will receive a text with the option to redeem if your rewards balance is at least 1,000 Rewards Points ($10) and your Kroger Family of Companies purchase amount is also at least $10. Reply to the text with “Redeem” to use your earned rewards as a statement credit for the purchases.

You must scan, redeem fuel points and pay with your Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard® in order to receive the fuel discount. The first-year additional 55¢ discount offer expires one year from the cardmember’s approval date and does not require a spend minimum. Following completion of the introductory fuel offer, your Account will be eligible for an additional 25¢ per gallon discount at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers when you (1) spend $6,000 annually in eligible net purchases and (2) redeem at least 100 existing fuel points earned in a single month. You must scan, redeem fuel points, and pay with your Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard® in order to receive the fuel discount. You must spend at least $6,000 in a calendar year (or within the first 12 months after Account opening, as described below). The date that a transaction is made may not be the same date that a transaction posts to your Account. Transactions must post within the 12-month period to be applied toward the required minimum spend amount. Once the minimum spend is reached, you will be eligible to receive the 25¢ fuel discount starting within the next calendar month.
